When businesses feel “stuck” they sometimes find it helpful to get key stakeholders around a table to discuss a way forward. Handled badly, these sessions degenerate into unfocused argument and score settling. Handled well, they produce ideas and energy that can help a business find a new path.
The best sessions tend to work as a result of using a good facilitator, a figure from outside the business who can channel the debate in useful directions. Facilitation is one of Trinity’s core skills: we run roundtables for many different businesses, encouraging a free and frank exchange of ideas designed to develop practical outcomes.
